My name is Ray Coleman, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, I attended local public schools, worked, and am currently raising my family in this City that I love.

I attended North Shore Elementary School, Kirby Smith Junior High, Andrew Jackson Senior High and graduated from Sandalwood High School in 1974. After graduation from the University of Florida in 1977, I attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, from which I graduated in 1982. I have practiced law in the area since 1982. Prior to starting my own firm in 1995, I worked for William T. Lassiter, Jr., for 2 years and Wood, Atter and Coleman, P.A., for 11 years where I became a partner after five years.

I have over thirty-five years of experience as a plaintiff’s personal injury trial attorney. I am an an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating given for both legal ability and ethical standards.

Donald Ray Coleman III

My name is Donald Ray Coleman III. Like my father before me and his father before him, I was born in Jacksonville, attended public schools, and am now working in my hometown.

I attended St. Paul’s Catholic School in Jacksonville Beach, Jacksonville Beach Elementary School, Darnell Cookman Middle School, and graduated from Stanton College Preparatory School in 2003. After graduation from the University of Florida with a degree in journalism, I attended the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University in Orlando, Florida, from which I graduated in 2014. At Barry University, I was both the Executive Editor and the Notes and Comments Editor for the Environmental and Earth Law Journal, and was also a recipient of the Honors Certificate in Environmental and Earth Law.

I have returned to Jacksonville to help aid my father in his quest to provide the highest quality representation to all of our clients. Daniel Austin Coleman

My name is Daniel Austin Coleman. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I am now raising a family of my own in Jacksonville, Florida.

I attended St. Paul’s Catholic School in Jacksonville Beach, Darnell Cookman Middle School, and graduated from Stanton College Preparatory School in 2006. I attended and graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Political Science. After graduating from the University of North Florida I attended and graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law, located here in Jacksonville, Florida.

In my formative years, I worked at the family law firm, actively participated in volunteer work with St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville Beach, and also worked as a Little League umpire at Russell Park in Atlantic Beach. All of these things instilled in me the desire and passion to help others. In addition to the desire to help others, I was played competitive sports. All of these sports taught me the value of hard work, fair play, sportsmanship, teamwork, and the competitive desire to win.

After graduating from Florida Coastal School of Law, I was blessed to work for the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney here in Duval County. During the three years I served as an Assistant State Attorney I prosecuted countless crimes, and gained the in-court room experience that benefits me today.

In October of 2019, I made the decision in the best interest of my family to leave the State Attorney’s Office to come work with father and elder brother. While the type of work that I do has now changed, I am fulfilled by its allowance of me to assist those in the city that I love.
